How to Overcome Failure A Motivational Video

How to overcome your failure? A
Motivational video

When a person fails in doing something
they feel bad and it gets even worse if they fail many times for they consider
themselves failures.
Some people may fall into the depths
of depression.
others might allude to addiction or
even commit suicide.
However a very few people consider
failure an addition to their experience.
Thomas Edison, for instance, used to
say: “I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”
Those who believe they are failures
do not understand a natural law that all creatures accept, namely, the law of wasted efforts.
They don’t know that
77% of rain falls over the oceans.
90% of emperor penguin chicks may
die in their first year.
Lions succeed only in 25% of their
hunting attempts, wolves 12% and tigers only 5%.
One of the inspirational stories
which can motivate the so-called failures is the story of Jack Ma of China.
He failed to pass the entry exam of
Hangzhou Teachers’ University twice. He was also rejected in 30 jobs including
a small job KFC. And Harvard Business School rejected his application 10 times.
However, he was able to move on in
his study and career in the cyber world. In 1998, although he was appointed the
head of an information technology company, he quit after one year.
Then he started his online store,
Alibaba, which became Alibaba Group and now he is the richest man in china.
If
you are still doubting the LAW OF WASTED EFFORTS, here are some other examples about
some who were called “failures”:
Do
you know that Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper because “he lacked
creativity?”
Do
you know that Steve Jobs was fired from Apple and he returned to it as a  CEO.
And
that J K Rowling’s Harry Potter was rejected by 12 publishers?
Do
you know that Milton Hershey saw his three companies failing one after another
before he started Hershey’s?
So
it’s OK to fail as long as you believe in the LAW OF WASTED EFFORTS.
Another
lesson we learn from these examples is to trust ourselves.
If
these celebrities didn’t trust themselves and believed they were failures, they
wouldn’t have succeeded.
And
this is the difference between those who lack self-confidence and those who
have it.
The
first group doubt their abilities to overcome failure
whereas
the others are certain they will make it.
You
should know that failure is ordinary but to stop trying is what makes you a
loser,
as
the actor and fitness model, John Quinlan, put it: “A man can fail many times
but he is not a failure until he gives up.”
